In three weeks this optometrist transformed into a stylish retail shop, fit for their upmarket clientele. Through expert interior design, the space was maximised for optimal product placement allowing 50% more merchandise to be displayed in store. Owners, Annette & James, attribute this enhancement to their increase in foot traffic and patient numbers since the retail shop fit out.
An amazing lighting fixture was used as a hero piece of the Bentleigh optometry fit out, providing fashionable appeal to the consumer eye and drawing them indoors. Once inside, the soft texture of the carpet flooring produces a sense of warmth and relaxation, encouraging customers to lengthen their visit. Not only improving the customer experience, this also allows time for staff to greet customers and provide a personalised service they could not otherwise receive from shopping online.
