Elegance is reimagined with the delicate beauty of white on white in the Melbourne optometry fit out. Complimented with the soft timber highlights throughout the busy optometry store. Consumers appreciate the peaceful ambience created from the architecturally designed curved ceiling feature and minimalist colour palette. Therefore allowing clients to unwind from their chaotic, always-connected lifestyles.

The interior fit out boasts an impressive curved detail with the Corian solid surface reception counters. The counter was constructed in house by experienced Corian certified fabricators at AAFS Shopfitting. The three metre plus counter is positioned at the rear of the optometrist and is the hero of the store. Drawing customers into the heart of the optometrist’s trading area.

Forming the foundation of the optometry fit out, joinery was built with an attractive combination of solid surface, 2 pac veneer and mirror polish stainless. Sophisticated lighting design illuminates the merchandise in the display cabinets. Thus showcasing the client’s array of fashionable eyewear.

Store Owner and Practice Manager, together with talented Melbourne interior retail designers, Two Design, cleverly modelled the desk and couch to resemble the shape of an eye. Tying in perfectly with the curvy fit out design and optometry theme. Timber veneer picture-frames the white display shelving. Again bringing focus to their exclusive eyewear collection.

In the six months following the optometry store fit out, ProVision Optometry Clayton has seen a steady growth in both sales and client numbers. Owner, Con couldn’t be more pleased with the new-look Melbourne optometry store, stating “The refurbishment of the practice has resulted in an increased level of customer retail confidence as the striking, high quality fitout has strengthened our product offering and given our luxury brands the perfect backdrop on which to be displayed. In three weeks this optometrist transformed into a stylish retail shop, fit for their upmarket clientele.  Through expert interior design, the space was maximised for optimal product placement allowing 50% more merchandise to be displayed in store. Owners, Annette & James, attribute this enhancement to their increase in foot traffic and patient numbers since the retail shop fit out.

An amazing lighting fixture was used as a hero piece of the Bentleigh optometry fit out, providing fashionable appeal to the consumer eye and drawing them indoors. Once inside, the soft texture of the carpet flooring produces a sense of warmth and relaxation, encouraging customers to lengthen their visit. Not only improving the customer experience, this also allows time for staff to greet customers and provide a personalised service they could not otherwise receive from shopping online.
